Billy Minshall is an American actor and writer who has appeared on several television shows, including NBC's Chicago P.D. Film credits include You and I Will Play (short) (1995), The Steven Welch Story (short) (2018), How to Order Happiness (short) (2020) and the acclaimed Tom of Your Life (2020), which Richard Roeper called one of his "favorite movies of 2020." Billy can be seen as Ben Franklin in a series of national commercials for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Mr. Minshall is a graduate of Northwestern University, and earned his MFA in Fiction Writing from the University of California-Riverside. He lives in Southern California.
